What It Does #
Email Sequences send a series of automated emails to contacts based on triggers and timing. You create a sequence, add steps (each with a delay and an email template), define the audience or trigger, and activate it. Contacts enter the sequence when they match the criteria (e.g. added to a segment, tag, or trigger event) and then receive each step after the configured delay. Email Sequences is a Pro feature.
Requirements #
- Helpmate Pro — Email Sequences is a Pro feature.
- CRM — Contacts and Segments.
- Email Templates — Templates for each step (Helpmate → CRM → Emails → Templates).
Where to Configure #
Go to Helpmate → Automations → Sales → Email Sequences.
Create a Sequence #
- Click Create Sequence (or equivalent).
- Enter sequence name.
- Add steps: for each step set the delay (e.g. days after previous or after trigger) and select an email template.
- Define audience/trigger (e.g. segment, tag, or event).
- Activate the sequence. Contacts who match will receive the steps in order according to the delays.
Sequence List #
The list shows sequences with name, status (active/draft), and actions (Edit, Delete, etc.). You can edit steps, change templates, or pause/activate.
