What It Does #
CRM Tasks let you create and manage tasks linked to contacts. You can use list or kanban view, filter by status/priority/assignee/date, and open task details to edit, add comments, or change due dates. Tasks support custom fields and are useful for follow-ups, deadlines, and assignments. Tasks is a Pro feature.
Requirements #
- Helpmate Pro — Tasks is a Pro feature.
- CRM — Tasks are linked to contacts.
Where to Configure #
Go to Helpmate → CRM → Tasks.
Tasks List and Views #
You can switch between List and Kanban views. Use the filter button to narrow by status, priority, assignee, due date, or other criteria. Click Create Task (or equivalent) to add a task; click a task to open its details.
Task Details #
In the task detail panel you can edit the task (title, description, status, priority, task type, due date, contact link, assignee), add comments, and view or edit custom task fields. Default task fields (e.g. priority, status, task_type) are defined under CRM → Custom Fields (Task tab) and can be edited but not deleted.
