What It Does #
Email Campaigns let you send one-off or recurring emails to segments or contacts. You create a campaign, pick an email template, choose the audience (by segment and/or contact list), optionally schedule it, and send. Campaigns show sent count, total contacts, and failed count; you can retry or inspect failed emails. Requires CRM and Email Templates. Email Campaigns is a Pro feature.
Requirements #
- Helpmate Pro — Email Campaigns is a Pro feature.
- CRM — Contacts and Segments.
- Email Templates — At least one template (Helpmate → CRM → Emails → Templates).
Where to Configure #
Go to Helpmate → Automations → Marketing → Email Campaigns.
Create a Campaign #
- Click Create Campaign (or equivalent).
- Enter campaign name.
- Select an email template (from CRM Email Templates).
- Choose audience: one or more segments and/or specific contacts.
- Choose type: one-time send or recurring.
- Schedule or send immediately.
- Save and send (or schedule).
Campaign List #
Tables show one-time and recurring campaigns with name, status, sent count vs total contacts, failed count, and actions (Edit, Send/Resend, View failed emails, Delete). Use “View failed” to see or retry failed recipients.
