The Free version includes a limitation of 200 chat credits per month, covering a set number of interactions between the AI and your customers.

By upgrading to the Pro version and using your own API key (BYOK), you unlock unlimited conversations, removing restrictions on AI usage.

The dashboard allows you to input your own API key to bypass credit limitations, directly managing usage costs through your AI provider.

The Conversations tab provides a history of chats, allowing you to review how credits were used and monitor the AI’s performance.
